- 1. Gordon Bruce

- Professor Carlos Hinrichsen is a noted designer and scholar with a master's degree in engineering from Tokyo University of science and Engineering in japan. He led a series of innovative education programs at the University of Catholic in Chile and foreign education institutions. Over the past 20 years, Professor Hinrichsen and some strategies of the project have been systematic cooperation, these projects include Fiat, Piaggio and other international well-known companies in the engineering, design and technology of close cooperation. In 2007, as chair of the International Association for industrial design, he served as the design director of Latin America. He was recognized as the person of choice for the position. Professor Hinrichsen was awarded the Finland lion Knights commander medal in recognition of his outstanding contribution to Chile and Finland two innovative business and design learning development, and strive to make his international design innovation and development institute.

- Evaluation: the jury review by the network members of each of the three category works according to standard for evaluation of network scoring and evaluation score is completed, by the staff to collect the score sheet of the staff, the statistics of external publicity work and qualify for the semi-finals.
- Answer: by the professional jury review guests respectively on the three category of works with standard for evaluation on-site scoring and evaluation score is completed, by the staff to collect the score sheet of the system, the staff statistics finalists works and gold, silver and bronze candidate works.
- The final results: Based on the expert judges respectively according to the classification work on-site scoring, scores, to determine the winners. If there is the same score, the judges again according to the same score of the work re scoring until the separation of the ranking.
